Welcome to Youth Ministry at CPC!If you’re entering 6th grade, somewhere in your college years or anywhere in between, we want to welcome you and invite you to spend some time with us. At CPC Youth Ministry, we’re all about being a friendly place – a place where you can be yourself, make friendships and realize that God loves you as you are. "NO cliques, NO judgment, NO pressure." Come by and see more of what we’re all about! You are always welcome. Youth Education on Sunday MorningSunday mornings at 10:00 we have Youth Ed. We have donuts, cookies, milk and juice. Lessons vary all throughout the year. Junior high students will be doing a program called Faith in Motion which is a fun, small group style of focus and understanding in faith. Senior High students are using the Way to Live program, which features your own book and use of a website. These classes meet in the Annex, which is the small yellow house on the property of the church. Junior High students meet in the Annex Back Room and High School students meet in the Annex Front Room. (There are also great programs for the rest of your family during this time too, so bring them all!) The last Sunday of every month there will be no Youth Ed. Instead, there is a church-wide breakfast! Come join us for great food.New Programs Coming SoonThe week of September 20th, we are re-launching our youth group! SURGE, the new youth group, will be announced on Sunday, September 6th. Check back then for details about how to join us. Synago, a high-school only small group, is student led and focuses on real-life issues teens face and how to use the bible to approach them. Fun, in-depth and held in various homes, this group has a close-knit feel. Call Emmie or the church office for information on where and when the next Synago is. As always, you’re more than welcome to drop by any time to visit Emmie, our Director of Youth Ministries. Keep an eye on the schedule so you know what’s going on now and what’s coming up in the future. Upcoming Youth ScheduleOct. 3-31 – CPC’s Pumpkin Patch!Come help us with this valuable ministry. On October 3rd, the pumpkins will be delivered! Volunteers are needed to help unload the pumpkins. We also need volunteers to clean up and help out at the pumpkin patch all throughout the season. Stay tuned for more information on how to sign up and help out. Oct. 31st – Fall Festival!Come celebrate with us! At 2pm, the youth are hosting a fun, community wide festival complete with fun activities, great food and big surprises. Come dressed in your best costume!
