What’s Shakin’ in Children’s Ministries?
Regular Sunday School classes resumed on Rally Sunday. Please welcome new teachers Amanda and Andrew Seaga, Nicole Brown, Arielle Trujillo, Elena Romero, Patricia Rolon, and Mirta Roger. This year toddlers will hear a short Bible story during the 10:30 service. Wonder what your children are doing in class? There is a list of the classes and what each is studying in the church bulletin each Sunday. Please take time to introduce yourself to all of your child(ren)’s teachers. Lunch Bunch (for kindergarteners through 2^nd graders) began its monthly meetings with grapes, grasshoppers and spies—oh, my! Karen Khan, Barbara Curth and Kristin Garcia help with this fellowship group. We’ll continue meeting the first Sunday of most months. B.K. (Big Kids’) Fellowship had a pool party with their families to start this session on “God’s Families”. We will continue meeting each Sunday in the Hall at a new time—11:45-1:45. Cindy Weiss, Mike Mojares, and Karen Garrett help with this program. Remember when………we had Jerusalem Marketplace? You wanted more so this December 7^th we plan to have *A Night(or afternoon) In Bethlehem Village. I’m looking for people to assist with scenery, costumes, supplies, dramatic roles, and a variety of “shops”. Please let me know if you are interested in helping as we will start the planning process in October so we can all enjoy this memorable Christmas event. Parents, if you have not completed a registration form for your child(ren), please do so. This information allows us to update our records, keep in contact with your family, plan more effectively, and lets us know if we may use your child’s picture in C.P.C. publications.
